Terms of use

Clear expectations are part of thoughtful hospitality.

Last updated: August 4, 2026

Welcome to Cape Azur

Thank you for visiting Cape Azur.

These Terms of Use explain the relationship between you and Cape Azur LLC (“Cape Azur,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) when you visit www.capeazur.com.

Our website is intended to offer a thoughtful introduction to Cape Azur, share inspiration, and provide a simple way to begin a conversation with us.

By using the website, you acknowledge these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue your use of the site.

About the Website

Cape Azur creates thoughtfully curated private experiences inspired by Cape Cod.

The website introduces our approach, presents examples of experiences we may create, shares editorial content, and allows prospective clients to submit inquiries.

The website is not presently an online booking or payment platform.

Inspiration, Not a Fixed Itinerary

Cape Azur experiences are personal by design. Website descriptions, photographs, sample itineraries, locations, amenities, and other details are therefore intended to offer inspiration rather than promise a fixed experience.

Actual recommendations may vary based on:

  • Your preferences and priorities

  • Availability

  • Season and weather

  • Local conditions

  • Guest count

  • Safety considerations

  • Provider requirements

  • Other circumstances affecting the experience

We may update or change website content and experience concepts as Cape Azur evolves.

Beginning the conversation

Beginning a Conversation

Submitting an inquiry begins a conversation. It does not, by itself:

  • Confirm a booking or reservation

  • Guarantee availability

  • Confirm pricing, scheduling, or specific providers

  • Require you to purchase an experience

  • Require Cape Azur to provide an experience

  • Create a binding client or service agreement

We will personally review your request and, when appropriate, continue the conversation with questions, recommendations, availability, or a proposal.

An experience becomes confirmed only after Cape Azur and the client agree to a separate written proposal or client agreement and any required payment has been received.

Your Client Agreement

Every Cape Azur experience is different. If you decide to move forward, we may provide a separate proposal or client agreement tailored to that experience.

That agreement may address:

  • The experience details and scope

  • Pricing and payment timing

  • Deposits

  • Changes and cancellations

  • Refunds

  • Weather and local conditions

  • Transportation

  • Outside providers

  • Guest responsibilities

  • Safety considerations

  • Other experience-specific matters

If these Website Terms and a signed client agreement address the same subject differently, the signed client agreement will govern the applicable experience.

How We Communicate With You

When you submit an inquiry, you authorize Cape Azur to contact you about that request. This may include an automated acknowledgement followed by personal communication from us.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in the Cape Azur newsletter.

We send newsletters and marketing communications only when you have voluntarily subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and care for personal information.

We may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content when reasonably necessary.

A Reasonable Website Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided for general informational and inspirational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or free from harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

If unlawful or intentionally harmful misuse of the website causes Cape Azur or another person to suffer a loss, the person responsible for that misuse may also be responsible for the resulting loss to the extent permitted by law.

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If Cape Azur does not enforce a provision on one occasion, that does not prevent us from enforcing it later.
